Dr. Matthew Tatum is a licensed clinical psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Rosemead School of Psychology. He has extensive experience in addiction and mental health treatment, having led and developed multiple behavioral health programs across California.

He served as Executive Director of First Steps Recovery, where he helped grow the center from a small residential program into a full continuum of care. He later became CEO of Sierra Meadows Behavioral Health and Ascend Behavioral Health, and currently owns Touchstone Recovery Center.

Dr. Tatum’s approach to care is grounded in compassion, validation, and trust. He believes in creating a safe therapeutic environment where clients can begin to heal and regain a sense of inner peace.
